After installing MetaMask, you need to be on Matic Mainnet to use the marketplace. Please reload on any page in the marketplace, and you will see this dialog;

Click "Switch" to be on Matic Mainnet. MetaMask will popup so please press "Switch Network".

It's not really hard to buy Matic in countries like U.S., Singapore, and E.U. You can buy in places like;
