## 🔍 Why is my NFT not showing?

### 1. You don't own the NFT

Please check once again that your NFT is minted. If your NFT is not minted (some NFTs are lazy minting), you would need to mint. [Check here](https://zipmex.com/au/learn/free-nft-minting/) for more info on lazy minting. Please also check in [Etherscan](https://etherscan.io/) or [Polygonscan](https://polygonscan.com/) to check what NFTs you own.

### 2. Your asset type is not supported

GIFs and mp4 NFTs are not supported.
